Mr. Ackmann was elected to the Board in November 2006. Mr. Ackmann became Chief Executive Officer and President of Acoustic Technologies
in December 2005. He joined the company in 2001 as the Chief Financial Officer, and added the title of Chief Operating Officer
in May 2003. From 1992 to 2001, Mr. Ackmann served as CFO and then COO for Power Trends, Inc., a market leader in miniature
power modules. As a result of his leadership, annualized sales grew from $2 million to $80 million and the company was sold to
Texas Instruments in November 1999. With 30 years of experience in electronics and semiconductors, Mr. Ackmann has held various
management roles with technology firms including Hewlett Packard, Smart Scan, Power Trends, and Texas Instruments. Mr. Ackmann
earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and a Masters in Management from
Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Mr. Nigel Jones joined the Board in January 2009. Mr. Jones is a partner at TWJ Capital LLC, a private equity investment firm specializing in
early and expansion stage new ventures. Prior to joining TWJ Capital in 2006, he was a Principal at the Carlyle Group, which he
joined in 1999. Prior to Carlyle, he was an associate in the Technology Investment Banking group at Goldman Sachs & Co, based in
San Francisco and Menlo Park from 1997 to 1999. He holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Stanford University
Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree (magna cum laude) from Harvard University. Prior to business school,
Mr. Jones served four years as a communications officer in the United States Marine Corps. He is currently a member of the Board
of Directors of Email Data Source, Swoozie’s, OnDialog and Tango Networks.

Mr. Tom Jones joined the Board in January 2009. He is the Founder and Senior Partner of TWJ Capital LLC, a private equity investment firm
specializing in early and expansion stage new ventures. Mr. Jones is also a member of the Board of Directors of the following
investment portfolio companies: Floor & Décor Outlets of America, KoolSpan, and MVP Group International.
Mr. Jones is former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Global Investment Management at Citigroup, and former Chairman and
Chief Executive Officer of Citigroup Asset Management with approximately $500 billion assets under management. Mr. Jones was
appointed asset management CEO in August 1997, and investment sector CEO in August 1999, and continued in that capacity until
October 2004. The investment sector included Citigroup Asset Management, Citigroup Alternative Investments, Citigroup Private
Bank, and Traveler’s Life & Annuity. Mr. Jones joined Travelers Group as Vice Chairman and Director in 1997. Mr. Jones was at
the pension investment company TIAA-CREF as Vice Chairman and Director (1995-1997), President and Chief Operating Officer (1993-1997),
and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (1989-1993). Mr. Jones was Senior Vice President and Treasurer and held
other positions with John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company from 1982-1989. He spent the prior eleven years in public accounting
and management consulting primarily with Arthur Young & Company.
Mr. Jones is a Director of Altria Group and Trustee Emeritus of Cornell University. Past Board positions include Vice Chairman of
Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Freddie Mac, Fox Entertainment Group, Traveler’s Group, Pepsi Bottling Group, TIAA-CREF, Eastern
Enterprises, Thomas & Betts Corporation, Investment Company Institute, Brookings Institution, and Economic Club of New York. Mr. Jones
holds Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Science degrees from Cornell University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from
Boston University. He has been awarded honorary doctoral degrees by Howard University, Pepperdine University, and College of New Rochelle.
Mr. Jones is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Levy joined the Board in January 2009. He is currently the President of Castleton Consulting Associates, a firm that provides strategic and
tactical consulting to Fortune 1000 companies as well as technology due diligence for the equity investor community. Prior to Castleton
he was a partner with Apax Partners Inc., a private equity firm with $16B under management. He directed due diligence efforts for the
Telecom and Technology sectors. Mr. Levy has held various management roles with technology firms including Bell Telephone Laboratories,
Computer Applications Inc., Programming Methods Inc., GTE Information Systems, Lambda Technology and Marine Midland Bank (HSBC). Mr. Levy
earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson College and a Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering from
Stanford University.

Dr. Staiano joined the Board in April 2005. He is also the Chairman and CEO of Sorrento Investment Group, working with start up ventures in the Internet
and Telecommunications areas. Prior to starting his own investment company, Dr. Staiano was the Chairman and CEO of Iridium World Communications
Limited (IWCL). Before this, he was President of the General Systems Sector at Motorola, including the Cellular Subscriber, the Cellular
Infrastructure, the Network Ventures and the Satellite Communications Groups. Dr. Staiano started his career at Motorola in 1973 and he took
over operation of the cellular business at its inception in 1980. He retired from Motorola in 1996 after a successful 23-year career. Previously,
Dr. Staiano was Director of the Office of Computer Activities and Associate Professor of Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering at Bucknell
University for 13 years. Dr. Staiano earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering from Bucknell University and holds a
Ph.D in mechanical engineering from the University of New Mexico. Dr. Staiano also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of Bucknell
University, is a Director of BoneCare International, and Apriva.
